Instructions

- Stir in taco seasoning and mix well.
- Add black beans if using and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with vegetable mixture.
- Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
- Add optional toppings like sour cream or salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
