Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayo)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Add cilantro, lime juice, and garlic to a blender.
  • Blend until roughly combined.
  • Add olive oil and yogurt (or mayo).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Pour into a jar and serve immediately or store.
