This Vietnamese iced coffee recipe is bold, creamy, and refreshing. Made with strong coffee and sweetened condensed milk, it’s the perfect café-style drink you can easily make at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee (dark roast preferred)

  • 1/2 cup hot water

  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add sweetened condensed milk to a glass.

  • Place the coffee filter over the glass and add ground coffee.

  • Pour a small amount of hot water to bloom the coffee for 30 seconds.

  • Add remaining hot water and let it drip slowly (3–5 minutes).

  • Remove the filter and stir the coffee with condensed milk.

  • Add ice and stir again.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness to taste

  • Use freshly ground coffee for best results

  • Brew stronger coffee for a richer flavor
