Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add yogurt, milk, and sugar to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add cardamom powder and rose water (if using).
  4. Blend again for a few seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into glasses over ice.
