Ingredients

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ½ cup milk (or water)
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon rose water (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add yogurt, milk, and sugar to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add cardamom powder and rose water (if using).
- Blend again for a few seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses over ice.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use chilled yogurt for best results
- Adjust thickness by adding more or less liquid
- For extra richness, use whole milk
