Instructions

  • In a blender, add strawberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.

  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer (optional for smoother texture).

  • In a pitcher, combine the strawberry mixture with lemon juice.

  • Add remaining water and stir well.

  • Lightly crush basil leaves and add them to the pitcher.

  • Let the drink sit for 5–10 minutes to infuse flavor.

  • Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and basil leaves.
