4 large flour tortillas

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni

¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara

1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or olive oil.

Place one tortilla in the skillet.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over half of the tortilla.

Add pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

Drizzle a small amount of pizza sauce over the filling.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder if desired.

Add another small layer of cheese on top.

Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom becomes golden and crispy.

Flip carefully with a spatula and cook the other side until the cheese melts.

Remove from heat and allow it to rest for 1 minute.

Slice into wedges and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Do not add too much sauce or the tortilla may become soggy.
