  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or olive oil.

  • Place one tortilla in the skillet.

  • Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over half of the tortilla.

  • Add pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

  • Drizzle a small amount of pizza sauce over the filling.

  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder if desired.

  • Add another small layer of cheese on top.

  • Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.

  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottom becomes golden and crispy.

  • Flip carefully with a spatula and cook the other side until the cheese melts.

  • Remove from heat and allow it to rest for 1 minute.

  • Slice into wedges and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
