Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with ¼ cup of water until smooth and lump-free.

In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sweetener. Stir until fully dissolved.

Add the remaining water and mix well.

Fill glasses with ice cubes.

Pour the lemonade mixture into the glasses.

Slowly pour the prepared matcha on top for a layered effect, or stir for a uniform drink.

Garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
