Ingredients

  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Instructions

  • Boil the sweet corn in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  • Transfer the warm corn to a mixing bowl.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  • Add lemon juice and butter (if using).
  • Mix everything well until evenly combined.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
