- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the sweet corn in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Transfer the warm corn to a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Add lemon juice and butter (if using).
- Mix everything well until evenly combined.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
