Instructions

Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces.

Place the banana slices in a freezer bag or container and freeze for at least 2–3 hours.

Add frozen bananas and mango chunks to a blender or food processor.

Blend until the fruit begins to break down.

Add a small splash of milk if needed to help blending.

Continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Stir in vanilla extract if desired.

Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or freeze for about 1 hour for firmer ice cream.
