Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
