Ingredients

Instructions

  • Finely chop the red onion and green chili (if using).

  • Add all vegetables to a mixing bowl.

  • Sprinkle salt and chaat masala over the mixture.

  • Add lemon or lime juice.

  • Toss gently until well combined.

  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
