Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, and mayonnaise.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) and mix well.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking (if using).
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess as desired.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
