Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if toasting nuts.
- Spread nuts evenly on a baking sheet and toast for 5–10 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine toasted nuts, dried fruits, and seeds.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup if using, sprinkle cinnamon and sea salt, and toss until evenly coated.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or serve immediately.
