1/2 cup water

1/4 cup cheddar (shredded)

1/2 cup macaroni

4 Tbsp. milk

Take water and macaroni in a microwaveable mug. Add salt and then microwave the macaroni for 2 minutes. Pour the milk and also add cheese and seasonings. Mix the macaroni well and microwave for 30 seconds or so.

Sweet Potato Hummus

No matter whether you spread it over your toasts or serve it with vegetables, this sweet potato hummus will not disappoint you at all. You can add garbanzo beans to make hummus extra healthy.


1 garlic clove

1/2 lime

10 oz. canned garbanzo beans (rinsed & drained)

2 cups sweet potato chunks

1 Tbsp. pure tahini

1/4 Tsp. cumin powder

Salt and white pepper

Olive oil for drizzling


Lay sweet potato chunks on a baking tray and roast it in the oven preheated to about 200 degrees. Make sure to poke some holes over the sweet potato before you roast it. Allow the baked sweet potato chunks to cool, scoop the flesh out and pulse it with canned beans and oil in a blender. Add lime juice, white pepper, cumin, garlic, tahini, and salt and blend again until smooth hummus is created. You can also add a bit of coriander powder and lemon zest to the hummus to make it extra tangy and flavorful.
