Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Grate the cucumber and gently squeeze out excess water (optional but recommended).
- Add the cucumber to the yogurt.
- Stir in salt, cumin powder, and black pepper or chili powder.
- Add chopped mint or cilantro and mix well.
- Adjust consistency with a little water if needed.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
