- ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin, as needed)
Instructions
- Add cilantro, yogurt (or mayo), lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add water gradually to reach your desired consistency.
- Blend again briefly and serve immediately or store in the fridge.
