Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cocoa powder, sugar, and a few tablespoons of milk to form a smooth paste.
- Add the remaining milk and whisk until fully combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Serve cold over ice or warm gently on the stovetop.
