Ingredients

Instructions

  • Slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

  • Slice fresh mozzarella into similar thickness.

  • Pat mozzarella dry gently with paper towels.

  • On a serving platter, alternate tomato and mozzarella slices.
