Instructions

Slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

Slice fresh mozzarella into similar thickness.

Pat mozzarella dry gently with paper towels.

On a serving platter, alternate tomato and mozzarella slices.

Tuck whole basil leaves between slices.

Drizzle evenly with olive oil.

Add balsamic glaze in a light zigzag pattern.

Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked pepper.
