This creamy blueberry nice cream is a quick and healthy dessert made with frozen bananas and blueberries. Naturally sweet, dairy-free, and ready in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 23 tablespoons milk (any type)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas and freeze for at least 2–3 hours or overnight.

  2. Add frozen bananas and blueberries to a blender or food processor.

  3. Blend until crumbly, then smooth and creamy.

  4. Add milk gradually to help blending.

  5. Mix in vanilla extract and sweetener (if using).

  6. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture or freeze for 1–2 hours for firmer consistency.
