Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk.
- Stir in blue cheese, garlic, and lemon juice (or vinegar).
- Mix until creamy, adjusting thickness with more buttermilk if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in optional chives or hot sauce if desired.
- Chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve cold.
