Ingredients

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into small pieces.

  • Blend until the bananas begin to break down and become creamy.

  • If needed, add a small amount of milk to help blending.

  • Continue blending until the mixture becomes smooth and soft-serve in texture.

  • Stir in vanilla extract if using.

  • Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 1 hour for a firmer texture.
