- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, ¼ jalapeño
Instructions
- Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a blender or food processor.
- Add lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and optional honey/agave, cilantro, or jalapeño.
- Blend until smooth. Gradually add water until desired consistency is reached.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
- Use ripe avocado for the creamiest texture.
- Adjust water gradually to avoid a too-thin dressing.
- Add jalapeño or extra lime juice for more heat or acidity.
