Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave, 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, ¼ jalapeño

Instructions

  • Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a blender or food processor.
  • Add lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and optional honey/agave, cilantro, or jalapeño.
  • Blend until smooth. Gradually add water until desired consistency is reached.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
