Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice apples. Toss immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.

  2. Slice cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons.

  3. Thinly slice red onion.

  5. In a large bowl, combine apples, cucumbers, and onion.
